Having the most listings in an area is a start — but quality of engagement wins. Fewer listings with strong leads can take the top spot over higher volume with lower engagement.

To be eligible for the final awards, participants must remain active agents on the platforms throughout the entire eligibility period. Final winners will be determined by PropertyGuru Group based on the combined platform performance data across the eligibility period.
