Install and Upgrade Google Chrome #

For the best user experience, it is recommended to use Google Chrome to access AgentNet on desktop.

Follow these steps to install and upgrade Google Chrome.

1. Go to www.google.com/chrome on your browser. You can use any web browser to download Google Chrome.
2. Click on ‘Download Chrome’.
3. You’ll see a pop-up window. Click on ‘Save File’ to continue.
4. Find the .exe file you downloaded and open it. Select ‘Yes’ when you’re asked if you want to let the file make changes to your device.
5. Wait for Google Chrome to complete its download. Once completed, your Google Chrome web browser should open automatically. Alternatively, you can search for ‘Google Chrome’ or its icon on your device’s Start Menu. Then you can start accessing AgentNet on Google Chrome!

How to clear browsing history? #

In case you are facing any display or access problem, clearing browsing data may be the first step to rectify these issues. Cookies/ cache/ browsing data may cause your computer to slow down or showing the old data.

For Google Chrome, follow these steps to clear browsing history:

1. Click on the three dots button on the top right of your Google Chrome browser.
2. Select ‘More tools’ from the drop-down list
3. Click on ‘Clear browsing data’
4. Select ‘CLEAR DATA’, you may choose the time frame for 4 weeks or more.

For Mozilla Firefox, follow these steps to clear browsing history:

1. Click on the 4 lines button on the top right of your Firefox browser.
2. Select ‘History’ from the drop-down list
3. Select ‘Clear Recent History’ from the drop-down list
4. Click on ‘Clear now’, please ensure you have ticked the box of Cookies and Cache

How to update browser? #

Update your browser to enjoy browsing experience you should be. If you are running an older or outdated web browser, you are also opening yourself up to security vulnerabilities, which could compromise your computer.

For Google Chrome, follow these steps to clear browsing history:

1. Select the 3 dots on right top corner of your Google Chrome browser.
2. An update is pending, the icon will be colored and click on the ‘Update Google Chrome’.
3. Click on ‘Relaunch’ and your browser will be updated to the latest version.

For Mozilla Firefox, follow these steps to clear browsing history:

1. Select the 3 lines on right top corner of your Mozilla Firefox browser.
2. Select ‘Help’ at the last second of drop down list.
3. Click on ‘About Firefox’.
4. Click on ‘Restart to update Firefox’.
