How do I apply a Ranking Tool to my listing? #
In Listings Management Tool click on the listing you want and select the Ranking Tool you would like to apply, and a popup will appear before you confirm the Boost or SuperBoost action.
How long does it take for a Ranking Tool to become active? #
Ranking Tools is applied immediately on your listing after confirmation.
When should I use Ranking Tools? #
Ranking Tools are most effective when:
- Promoting a property that requires additional exposure
- Competing in a highly saturated market
- Looking to generate serious property seekers within a shorter timeframe
Can I cancel a Ranking Tool after activation? #
Once activated, Ranking Tools cannot be cancelled or reversed, and no refunds will be made.
Please review your Ranking Tools carefully before confirming.
Can I transfer a Ranking Tool to another listing? #
No. Once a Ranking Tool has been applied to a listing, it cannot be transferred to another listing.
Why can’t I apply a Ranking Tool to my listing? #
You might have insufficient credits to apply a Ranking Tool.
If you have run out of credits, please contact your account manager to purchase additional credits to continue using Ranking Tools on your listings.
