AgentNet Login & Account Information

What is AgentNet? #

AgentNet is the backend platform for property agents like you to create and manage your account, messages, listings and more.

 

How to Log In to AgentNet? #

There are two ways for you to log into your AgentNet account:

1. Login through http://agentnet.propertyguru.com.my

2. Login through https://www.propertyguru.com.my

  • Go to propertyguru.com.my
  • Click on ‘Login’
  • Choose ‘Are you an agent? Log in to AgentNet’

 

First-Time Login #

For your first login, your password is propertyguru.

For security purposes, please update your password immediately after your first login.

Can I use multiple email addresses for my AgentNet Account? #

Please log in using the email address where you receive communications from PropertyGuru.

Multiple email addresses and case-sensitive login IDs are no longer supported.

Forgot Your Password? #

If you’ve forgotten your email address or password, click I forgot.

We will send you an email with instructions to reset your password.

How to Reset Your Account Password? #

1. Click on ‘Forgot password’.

2. Enter your Email address and click on the ‘Submit’ button. You will be receiving an email containing a link to reset your password.

3. Look out for an email with the subject title: ‘AgentNet: Update Your Password’.

4. Click on the ‘Update Password’ link/button within the email to set a new password.

Note: If you don’t see the email in your inbox, check your spam/junk folder.

5. You will be redirected to the password update page. Please enter your new password twice and click ‘Update Password’ to change your password.

    • 8 – 50 characters
    • Not the same as your account name/ID
    • At least one (1) uppercase letter
    • At least one (1) lowercase letter
    • At least one (1) number
    • At least one (1) special character (e.g.!@#$%^&*)

6. After successfully updating your password, you will be logged out of all your devices. You must sign in with your new password again.

7. A verification email with the subject title: ‘AgentNet: Your Password is Updated’ will be sent to you.

 

How do I see my Account Information? #

In AgentNet, click on ‘Profile’, then click on ‘Account Type’, it will then bring you to your Account Information.

 

What can I see in my Account Information? #

  • Account information – Your Agent Package Type and Account Expiry Date.
  • Agent Verification – Your Verified Badge if you fulfill the criterias.
  • Security and Login – To update your password or enable Spam Filter
  • Personal information – Your name and date of birth.
  • Contact information – Your contact details on AgentNet including email, primary and secondary mobile numbers, fax number and mailing address.
  • Notifications – To enable emails for new leads
