Posting a new listing on AgentNet is quick and straightforward. Follow these steps to create an accurate and attractive listing that helps you reach more property seekers.
Step 1: Create Your Listing #
From your AgentNet dashboard, click “+ Create Listing” to begin.
Step 2: Select the Listing Type #
Choose the appropriate listing category:
- Residential or Commercial
- For Sale or For Rent
- Availability Date
Step 3: Enter the Property Location #
Start typing the property address or project name and select the correct location in the dropdown list.
Tip: Some properties may have more than one postal code. Make sure you select the correct one to ensure the listing location is accurate.
Step 4: Add Property Details #
Fill in all relevant details, such as:
- Number of bedrooms, bathrooms, carpark
- Floor size
- Floor details
- Furnishing status
- Unit features
Step 5: Add Your Listing Price #
Enter the asking price of your property to ensure your listing is accurately displayed to property seekers.
Step 6: Write a Compelling Listing Description #
You can use AI assistance to help craft a strong and engaging Headline and Description for your listing.
Writing Guidelines
- Keep it between 80-150 words in length. Short and concise is the key.
- Special characters are allowed such as $,”-.!:;&/?@%()#:)+.
- Ideally restrict to numerical input with a maximum of 6 consecutive digits (including those separated by special characters and spacing), e.g. MYR 2.5M instead of MYR 2,500,000.
- Break up your text into smaller paragraphs and make it easier for property seekers.
- Storytelling, alongside the photos, property seekers can easily imagine the property space.
- Avoid using short forms or writing a description in all capital letters, this looks unprofessional and gives a bad impression to property seekers.
Recommended Structure Flow
- Unit Condition – Talk about the renovation, views, facing direction, furnishing and fitting etc. Remember to list all new or upgraded appliances that come along in the unit.
- Building facilities – Common areas like swimming pool, gym, recreational hall, security etc.
- Nearby amenities – Area status, nearby amenities and area development affect the value of the property, do talk about the nearby supermarket, malls, schools etc.
- Transportation – Distance to highways, public transportation, road development etc.
Note: Any phone numbers included in the headline or description will be masked to protect your privacy. Property seekers can still reach you via Phone Reveal, WhatsApp or Enquiry Form.
Step 7: Upload Photos and Media #
Make your listing visually appealing with:
- High-quality property photos
- Floor plans, videos, or virtual tours
You can:
- Upload all photos at once by dragging and dropping photos from your computer.
- Set a Cover Photo by selecting the most attractive photos to represent the property.
- Add captions to describe each photo. Property seekers will see these when they expand the photos to full screen.
- Use the Rotate function to ensure they appear in the correct orientation.
- Use Library Photos, which will be automatically included in your listing. Click “Customize Selection” to view them or remove unwanted photos by clicking “Manage Photos” and unticking the unwanted photos.
- Rearrange the photo order to highlight key areas of the property (e.g. living room, kitchen, bedrooms).
- Bring your listing to life with video walkthroughs of your property, letting property seekers a better understand your property.
Note: The watermark on listing photos cannot be customized. The name on the watermark will follow the name displayed on your profile.
Step 8: Review Credit Requirements #
Before publishing, you’ll see:
- The required number of Universal Credits to post your listing and your listing will be valid for 60 days.
- Credit cost is determined by Dynamic Pricing and may change over time based on listing quality, location, and competition.
Step 9: Final Review & Publish #
Check all listing details on the Summary Page and once you’re satisfied, click “Post Now” to publish your listing.
Pro Tip: Use Repost regularly to refresh your listing’s date and bring it back to the top of search results!
Can I still edit my listing after posting it? #
You can update your listing details anytime to ensure your property details remain accurate and up to date.
- Go to My Listings in AgentNet.
- Select the listing you want to edit.
- Click “Edit” which will bring you to the listing creation page.

- Unit Details, Price, Description, Gallery
Please ensure all compulsory fields are filled and click on “Save Now” to save your listing changes.
Note: No Credits will be deducted for any edits.
