Repost feature helps you to refresh your listing’s post date, which will automatically extend the listing’s expiry date by 60 days from the new post date.
This helps your listing to secure a high ranking in the search results and gain better visibility among property seekers.
Why Repost Your Listing? #
When you Repost a listing, it is refreshed within its listing tier (e.g. SuperBoost, Boost, Standard), helping it maintain stronger visibility in search results.
Listings are ranked based on tiers:
- SuperBoost Listings
- Boost Listings
- Standard Listings
Reposting helps your listing stay competitive within its category.
How to Repost Your Listing? #
- Log in to AgentNet and go to the Listings Page
- Select one or bulk select multiple listings you want to Repost.
- Click the Repost button.
- A pop-up will show the Credits required and your available balance.
- Confirm by clicking Repost.
Once completed, your listing’s post date will be refreshed, and it will move higher in search results within its tier.
How much does it cost to Repost a listing? #
Each Repost duration is 60 days, and it is activated using Universal Credits.
The number of Universal Credits required to Repost a listing is determined by Dynamic Pricing and will always be shown before you confirm your Repost.
The amount of Universal Credits needed to Repost a listing for both ‘sale’ and ‘rent’ (Residential & Commercial Listing) will be calculated by Dynamic Pricing which takes into account competition and listing supply by property type, location and project.
This means the Universal Credits required may vary depending on market conditions, helping deliver the most effective exposure for your listing.
What if instead of Repost, I delete my listing and post a new listing? #
Universal Credits required to post a new listing will also follow the Dynamic Pricing.
Will Repost changes apply to Commercial Listings? #
Yes, the Repost updates will be available to Commercial Listings too.
Can I Repost a Boost, SuperBoost, Auto-Boost or Auto-SuperBoost Listing? #
Yes, you can. It is recommended that you Repost your Boost, SuperBoost, Auto-Boost or Auto-SuperBoost Listing for better ranking. Please note that Boost, SuperBoost, AutoBoost or Auto-SuperBoost does not extend your listing expiry date.
