All About Listing Management

Last update: May 26, 2026

Listing Management is a central dashboard in AgentNet that allows agents to manage all their property listings on PropertyGuru and iProperty in one place.

Through this tool, agents can track, edit and optimise their listings easily while keeping an overview of listing performance and credit usage.

Key Benefits of Listing Management #

  • Manage all listings across PropertyGuru and iProperty in one place with a single dashboard
  • Perform actions such as Edit, Repost, Boost and SuperBoost on listings easily across both platforms
  • Track listing status easily with different tabs to quickly identify which listings are active, draft, or expired.
  • Bulk actions allowing agents to manage several listings at once, saving time

What actions can agents perform in Listing Management? #

Agents can perform a variety of listing actions directly from the listing dashboard, including:

  • Sort Your Listings – By Reposted/Posted, Expiry Date, Price
  • Search a Listing – By Listing ID, Property Name, Reference Number
  • Filter a Listing – By Listing Status, Listing Type, Property Type, Ad Product & Others
  • Edit Listing Details
  • Duplicate an Existing Listing
  • Update Listing Status
  • Deactivate Listings
  • Preview a Listing
  • Extend Listing Expiry

Some actions may appear under the three-dot menu depending on the listing status and available actions.

How are listings organised in Listing Management? #

Listings are categorised into tabs to help agents quickly find and manage them.

  • Active: Listings that are currently live and visible to property seekers.
  • Draft: Listings that have been created but not yet published.
  • Past: Listings that have expired or are no longer active.
  • Suspended: Listings that have been suspended due to platform policies.

The default view shows the Active listings tab so agents can immediately focus on listings currently in the market.

Can I manage multiple listings at once? #

Yes. Listing Management supports bulk actions, allowing agents to select and manage multiple listings simultaneously.

What are listing cards? #

Each listing appears as a listing card that displays key information such as:

  • Property price
  • Property type
  • Bedrooms and key details
  • Listing expiry date

The information displayed may vary depending on the listing status so agents only see the most relevant details and actions.

Where can I find Listing Management? #

You can access Listing Management directly from your Agent Portal dashboard. Simply navigate to the Listings section to view and manage all your active, inactive, and draft listings.

Can I edit my listing after it is published? #

Yes. You can edit most listing details anytime from Listing Management.

What happens when my listing expires? #

When a listing expires, it will no longer appear to property seekers. However, it will remain in your Listing Management dashboard, where you can reactivate or edit the listing when needed.

Can I track how my listings are performing? #

Yes. Listing Management provides key performance indicators such as:

  • Views
  • Enquiries
  • Engagement levels

This helps you understand how each listing is performing and where you can improve visibility.

Is there a limit to how many listings I can manage? #

The number of listings you can manage depends on your package dual concurrent listings and universal credits entitlements. Listing Management will still allow you to view and organise all listings in one dashboard regardless of volume.

Will my changes update immediately? #

Yes. Updates made in Listing Management are reflected almost immediately on the live platform after saving.
