Super Boost is a distinctive and superior feature, available for all listings, providing up to 8x more* listing exposure than a standard listing, helping it gain maximum exposure by placing it in a more prominent position on search results for a limited period.
Key Benefits of SuperBoost vs Boost #
- Extra-large listing card with image carousel and cover photo.
- Top-ranking spot above Boost and standard listings.
How SuperBoost Works #
SuperBoost can be activated directly through AgentNet (via web or mobile app). Instead of paying upfront, SuperBoost uses Universal Credits.
Each SuperBoost activation is valid for 7 days and the required number of Universal Credits will be displayed in the “SuperBoost” button before you confirm activation.
Can I use SuperBoost on my Boost listings? #
Yes. You can upgrade your listing to SuperBoost. You will only need to top up the balance needed for SuperBoost on the same Boost listing. SuperBoost will then be activated for 7 days.
Your Boost booking will cease immediately.
Example:
- Agent A has already activated Boost for 50 Universal Credits on Day 1.
- He wants to upgrade his listing to SuperBoost for 100 Universal Credits on Day 2.
- AgentNet will reflect that he only has to top up the balance of 57 Universal Credits* to SuperBoost.
Calculation: 100 Universal Credits – [ (6 days left / 7 days booking) x 50 Universal Credits] = 100 Ad Credits – 43 Universal Credits = 57 Universal Credits.
What is counted as a day when pro-rating the Universal Credits required to top-up? #
The calculation will be done based on the number of hours the Boost listing has left.
Example:
If Boost is activated on Monday at 3PM, and it is upgraded to SuperBoost on Tuesday at 2PM on the same listing, this means that Boost has been activated for 23 hours. This will be counted as a 1-day activation and has 6 days left. The agent will be required to top-up for SuperBoost for the remaining 6 days.
How much does it cost to SuperBoost a listing? #
Each SuperBoost’s duration is 7 days and it is activated using Universal Credits.
The number of Universal Credits required to SuperBoost or repost a SuperBoost listing is determined by Dynamic Pricing and will always be shown before you confirm your SuperBoost.
The amount of Universal Credits needed to SuperBoost a listing for ‘new’ or ‘repost’ for both ‘sale’ and ‘rent’ (Residential & Commercial Listing) will be calculated by Dynamic Pricing which takes into account competition and listing supply by property type, location and project.
This means the Universal Credits required may vary depending on market conditions, helping deliver the most effective exposure for your listing.
Is SuperBoost available for Commercial Listings? #
Yes, it is available for all listings, including Commercial.
As each SuperBoost listing occupies more space on the search results page, would this reduce the number of listings displayed per page (desktop view)? #
The number of listings displayed on each search results page remains the same.
When should I decide to use Boost or SuperBoost? #
To ensure you get the maximum exposure, we encourage SuperBoost for you to stay on top of the page.
