Who can use Pay Per Post? #
Only agents whose subscription has expired for at least two months, meaning from the third month onwards. If it expired less than two months ago, or you want to continue a subscription, please contact your Account Manager.
What property types can I list with Pay Per Post? #
Pay Per Post is for residential properties only. You can list a room rental, a whole unit rental, or a property for sale. Commercial and industrial properties are not available.
Can I go back to the subscription later? #
Yes. Please contact your Account Manager to move back to a subscription package. Please note that your setup does not carry over in either direction. Your subscription package details will not transfer to Pay Per Post, and your Pay Per Post activity will not transfer back to your subscription.
How is it different from my subscription? #
Pay Per Post is à la carte. You pay per listing, and it suits agents listing one property or homeowners. It does not include Brickz, Lead Management, or any analytics, and the listing cannot be reposted or duplicated once it expires.
What happens to my agent profile if I move to Pay Per Post? #
Your subscription profile will not be carried over. Your profile page will no longer sync, and your tenure and account description will not be shown.
Is there a limit to how many I can buy? #
No. Simply buy one Pay Per Post for each property you want to advertise.
Can I use it for any type of property to save on cost? #
No. Each listing type matches what seekers are searching for. A room rental listing will not appear in the “For Sale” results, so it reaches the wrong audience and gives poor results. Always choose the correct listing type.
Can I edit my listing after it goes live? #
Yes. You can edit details such as price, description, and photos. The listing type and property location cannot be changed.
How will I receive enquiries? #
Enquiries are sent directly to your registered WhatsApp number through PropertyGuru.
What happens when my listing expires? #
It will no longer be visible to seekers. You can buy another Pay Per Post whenever you are ready to advertise again.
Are there any recurring charges? #
No. Pay Per Post is a one-time payment per listing. There are no subscriptions, recurring fees, or long-term commitments.
Can I get a refund if my property is sold or rented early? #
No. You may mark your property as Sold or Rented at any time but Pay Per Post is a one-time purchase and no refunds or partial refunds will be given for any unused period.
