How Boost Works #

Each Boost activation is valid for 7 days and the required number of Universal Credits will be displayed in the “Boost” button before you confirm activation.
Does Boost influence the ranking in the search results page? #
Yes. Boost does influence the ranking in the search results page. It will appear above Standard Listings along with larger listing cards, image carousel profile photo next to your listing.
Is Boost applicable for Corporate, Commercial and Residential Listings? #
Boost is available for all the listings.
How much does it cost to Boost a listing? #
Each Boost’s duration is 7 days and it is activated using Universal Credits.
The number of Universal Credits required to Boost a listing is determined by Dynamic Pricing and will always be shown before you confirm your Boost.
The amount of Universal Credits needed to Boost a listing for ‘new’ or ‘repost’ for both ‘sale’ and ‘rent’ (Residential & Commercial Listing) will be calculated by Dynamic Pricing which takes into account competition and listing supply by property type, location and project.
This means the Universal Credits required may vary depending on market conditions, helping deliver the most effective exposure for your listing.
Is there a maximum of Boost listing on each search results page? #
No. However please take note that Boost will only show up on the search results page and not via directory.
Would Boost listings be shown on the Condo Project Details Pages? #
Yes, Boost listings will be shown in the Available Units section on the Condo details page.
I’ve a PropertyGuru Corporate Account. Can I Boost my listing? If yes, what would be shown in replacement of a profile photo? #

How would the Universal Credits be deducted when I Boost a listing? #
Universal Credits will be deducted right away once you Boost your listing. Universal Credits deducted are non-refundable.
Can I schedule when I want to Boost a listing? #
No, you are unable to schedule a start date for your Boost listing. Your listing will Boost right away, once you have activated this feature. However you can “Auto-Boost”. “Auto Boost” means that the listing will re-Boost when the current Boost that is running expires.
If I choose to Boost my listing today, when will it Boost? #
It will Boost immediately and will end at 2359:59 hrs of the 7th day. Tip: To maximise your Boost booking, do it at the start of the day.
How can I extend my Boost booking? #
You are able to Boost your listing for multiple weeks. You will be able to activate “Auto-Boost” when you go through the Boost booking flow.
Can I repost a Boost listing? #
Yes, you can. It is recommended that you repost your Boost listing for better ranking. Please note that Boost does not extend your listing expiry date.

However, please note that Auto-Repost cannot be used to extend or renew your Boost booking.
Can I cancel a listing that is Boosted? Do I get a refund if the listing I had Boosted is sold/rented before my Boost duration is over? #
You are not able to cancel your Boost listing once it is activated. No refunds will be made if you have sold/rented/deactivated your listing before your Boost duration starts or is over.
You will have the option to cancel “Auto-Boost” from your Listing Management page.
If my Boost listing is suspended before my Boost booking ends, do I get a refund? #
No, you will not get a refund for the suspended Boost listing, but if your listing resumes before the end date of your Boost booking, it will continue to Boost until its end date.
Boost is beneficial to: #
- Property seekers who have been challenged in their attempt to find suitable properties and are not finding the most relevant & best quality listings
- Agents with high quality listings and images but are not getting the results they deserve
- Agents who have been wasting time and effort (which could otherwise be used to delight consumers) in creating and managing fake listings in order to drive more leads.
