What is eKYC? #
eKYC is a verification process that helps us verify agent identities and ensures continued access to platform services while keeping the platform secure and compliant.
What do I need to do? #
You simply need to complete the verification with a few simple steps:
- Access the eKYC form via prompts in AgentNet.
- Fill in your personal details accurately, you will need to fill up your name, IC or passport and agency name.
- Upload your valid MyKAD (front and back).
- Take a selfie with your MyKAD.
- The system may also ask for a copy of your REN/REA/PEA certificate.
Is this safe? #
Yes. The verification is done through our secure system & the information submitted is used only for verification purposes.
All info provided is processed strictly through our encrypted system.
Why do I need an IC or passport instead of other forms of ID? #
The MyKad/IC and passport are universally recognized and secure form of identification in Malaysia.
Because it contains advanced security features that make it unforgeable, using the IC and passport is the most reliable way to protect our platform against identity fraud and ensure every verified agent is exactly who they claim to be.
Can I forward my unique link/email to others to submit IC? #
No. The link pre-populates specific details (first and last name) which cannot be changed, ensuring submission is tied to the intended agent.
If I close the pop-up in AgentNet and IPP Pro, will I still see it when I log in next time? #
Yes, you will still see it until your eKYC verification is completed.
