PropertyGuru Group Malaysia now gives agents the flexibility to pay for a single order in up to 3 separate payments, each using the payment method of your choice. No fixed instalment plans. No single-provider lock-in. Just more control over how you pay.
What is Split Payment? #
Split Payment lets you divide a qualifying order into 2 or 3 separate transactions. Each payment is independent & you choose when to pay and which payment method to use for each split.
Unlike bank instalment plans or Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) services, Split Payment puts you in full control of the amounts and methods. You can even mix and match. For example, pay the first split by credit card and settle the next via online banking.
Who Can Use Split Payment? #
- Available to agents in Malaysia only
- Orders must be RM1,000 or above to qualify
- Each individual split payment must be a minimum of RM500
- Available 24/7
How It Works – Step by Step #
| 1 | Access your payment link Open the payment link sent to you. Split Payment will appear as an option for eligible orders of RM1,000 and above. |
| 2 | Toggle Split Payment at checkout At the top of the checkout page, toggle off “Pay in full” to activate Split Payment. First-time users will be guided through an interactive 5-step walkthrough before committing. |
| 3 | Set your split amounts Choose to split into 2 or 3 payments. Each split must be at least RM500. The remaining balance distributes automatically, but you can adjust each amount freely within the rules. |
| 4 | Pay your first split Select your preferred payment method and complete the first split payment. |
| 5 | Return to complete remaining splits You’ll be returned to the payment page to complete subsequent splits. The checkout remembers exactly where you left off. |
Important: Once you’ve made the first split payment, you cannot switch back to paying in full. You must complete all remaining splits. However, before making any payment, you can toggle back to full payment at any time.
Supported Payment Methods #

When Does My Order Activate? #
Your package is activated only after all split payments have been completed. Partial payments will not trigger order activation.
What Happens If I Don’t Complete My Remaining Splits? #
