Terms and Conditions (Touch n Go, New Subscriber, Renewal, Early Upgrade, Refer & Earn)

Touch ‘N Go Entitlement #

1. Touch ‘N Go entitlement is available only to customers with an active PropertyGuru or iProperty subscription. Accounts that are suspended or expired are not eligible.
2. The value of the Touch ‘N Go entitlement and its disbursement period are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each activity initiated by PropertyGuru or iProperty.
3. The Touch ‘N Go entitlement cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
4. Once the Touch ‘N Go entitlement has been sent to eligible agents via vendor delivery, email, or mobile message, it is deemed acknowledged and received.
5. Recipients must liaise directly with the Touch ‘N Go vendor for any issues related to the entitlement.
6. The validity of the Touch ‘N Go entitlement is subject to the respective activities initiated by PropertyGuru or iProperty.
7. The entitlement is subject to the terms and conditions set by Touch ‘N Go.
8. PropertyGuru and iProperty Malaysia reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Welcome Package #

1. The Welcome Package is available only to agents who have never subscribed to PropertyGuru or iProperty.
2. Agents with an active subscription to either PropertyGuru or iProperty are not eligible for the Welcome Package.
3. Delayed account activation is not permitted.
4. All features included with the agent packages are valid for 6 months from the account activation date. Any unused features will be forfeited upon account expiry.
5. The agent package is strictly non-refundable, non-transferable to another agent or owner, and non-exchangeable for other products.
6. PropertyGuru and iProperty Malaysia reserve the right to change the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Renewal #

1. Renewal applies only to agents within the Early Bird, Actual Month, or Actual Month+1 renewal windows.
2. The Early Bird renewal window refers to one month before the subscription end month.
3. The Actual Month renewal window refers to the month in which the subscription expires.
4. The Actual Month+1 renewal window refers to one month after the subscription end month.
5. Delayed activation of the renewed package is not permitted, and the renewed package will be activated immediately once the current package expires.
6. All features bundled with the agent packages are valid for 12 months from the account activation date. Any unused features will be forfeited upon account expiry.
7. The renewed agent package is strictly non-refundable, non-transferable to another agent or owner, and non-exchangeable for other products.
8. PropertyGuru and iProperty Malaysia reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Early Upgrade #

1. The Early Upgrade option is not available to customers within the renewal window.
2. Early Upgrade is not applicable for subscription downgrades.
3. Once the Early Upgrade is formalized, the existing contract will be terminated, and a new contract will be created. Delayed activation of the account is not permitted.
4. The upgraded subscription and its subscription credits are valid for 12 months. Carry-over credits from the existing package will expire with the original subscription.
5. In cases of overspent credits, the number of overspent credits will be deducted from the credits in the upgraded package.
6. In cases of underspent credits, the balance will be carried over to the new upgraded package, following a week-based usage treatment.
7. Credits with earlier expiry dates will be used first.
8. Delayed activation of the upgraded package is not permitted.
9. All features included with the upgraded package are valid for 12 months from the account activation date. Any unused features will be forfeited upon account expiry.
10. The agent package is strictly non-refundable, non-transferable to another agent or owner, and non-exchangeable for other products.
11. PropertyGuru and iProperty Malaysia reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Refer & Earn #

1. Entitlement to qualify for the Touch ‘N Go e-credits is upon successful sign up of the above packages by the person(s) you referred to PropertyGuru Group.
2. The e-credits’ expiry date and usage are subject to the terms and conditions set by the e-credits supplier.
3. The e-credit codes will be shared with eligible customers within 2 months from the campaign month end.
4. Once the e-credit codes have been delivered to the registered email address or mobile numbers in our system, it is deemed acknowledged and received. Recipients of the e-credits codes will have to contact the e-credits vendor directly on any issues relating to the e-credits.
5. The e-credits are not exchangeable for cash or any other PropertyGuru Group’s products.
6. For every successful referral, the person who referred shall be entitled to a one-time e-credits redemption of the highest amount allocated to the type of packages, even though the person being referred concurrently signed up for two packages with PropertyGuru Group.
7. PropertyGuru Group reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this offer at any time without prior notice.
8. PropertyGuru Group will not be responsible if your e-credit codes are lost, damaged or stolen.
9. PropertyGuru Group reserves the right to cancel any e-credits entitlement if we deem such action necessary (fraud, incorrect reference details, etc).
