Listing Performance Insights is your daily reporting dashboard that helps you understand how each of your listings is performing, what’s driving engagement, and how to improve results.

Key Features of Listing Performance Insights #

  • All Listings Overview: Displays all listings with Impressions, Views, and Leads in a single screen, exportable to Excel for reporting and client reviews.
  • Interactive Funnel Charts: Each key metric (Impressions, Views, Leads) has its own trend chart, making it easier to track performance over time and quickly identify where drop-offs occur in the funnel. All metrics shown are combined across PropertyGuru and iProperty.
  • Time Insights: Displays peak days and time windows when buyers are actively searching for similar listings across PropertyGuru and iProperty.
  • Performance Breakdown (per listing): Tells you how each listing is performing in terms of Impressions, Views and Leads.
    • Views – includes Interactions breakdown showing the percentage of visitors who viewed the gallery, floor plan, map, description as well as shortlisted and shared activity.
    • Leads – includes Leads Split showing percentage breakdown of leads coming from WhatsApp, Phone Reveal, Call and Enquiry Form.

Can I view a full performance report? #

Yes. A full report is available for each listing. You can access it from AgentNet Dashboard, and view a detailed breakdown of performance and engagement metrics.

Is Listing Performance Insights available for all listing types? #

Yes, Listing Performance Insights are available for residential and commercial listings.

What time period does the report cover? #

You can choose to view data from a dynamic date range, up to 180 days.

What is a Conversion Funnel in Listing Performance Insights? #

A conversion funnel shows the journey property seekers take from discovering your listing to eventually closing a deal. It helps you understand how your listing performs at each stage across PropertyGuru and iProperty.

  • Impressions (Awareness) – Create opportunities for potential customers to be aware of your listing, the higher your listing ranks, the higher the impressions
  • Views (Interest) – Build interest with a unique selling proposition scuh as strong titles, photos and description in your listings to convert impressions into view.
  • Leads (Conversion Potential) At this point, leads signal active interest, and with strong follow-ups and engagement, you can nurture these leads toward a successful conversion.

By understanding each stage of the funnel, you can identify opportunities to improve your listing performance and increase the chances of converting property seekers into clients.

What does “Impressions” mean? #

Impressions refer to the number of times your listing was displayed to property seekers on search result pages they visited.

How do I improve on Impressions? #

  • Repost – Reposting a listing allows it to appear at the top of the search results page, increasing its chances of being seen by property seekers. Reposting also automatically extends the listing’s expiry date to 32 days from the new post date.
  • Boost – Boost increases your listing’s visibility by prioritising it higher in the search results compared to Standard listings, helping more property seekers discover your property.
  • SuperBoost – SuperBoost places your listing in top-ranked positions on the search results page, above Boost and Standard listings, helping your property gain maximum exposure.

What does “Views” mean? #

Views refer to the number of times your listing details page is viewed by property seekers. They might have clicked on the detail page from search result pages, or gone straight in from external sites such Google or Facebook.

How do I improve on Views? #

  • Use high-quality photos – Property seekers rely heavily on visuals, so upload clear, bright, in-focus images. Avoid text or overlays, and choose a strong cover image that best represents your listing.
  • Set a competitive price – Pricing is key to attracting interest. Advise owners to ensure listing price aligns with market expectations by comparing recent transactions of similar properties in the same area, type, size, and features.

What does “Leads” mean? #

Leads refer to the number of times property seekers has shown interest and interacted with the specific listing through channels like WhatsApp, Phone Reveal, Call and Enquiry Form.

How do I improve on leads? #

  • Create an attractive agent profile – Your agent profile is public and helps build trust with property seekers. A professional profile with complete details, experience, and achievements strengthens your personal brand.
  • Strengthen listing engagement & response time – Include clear property details and a strong call-to-action to encourage viewings. Responding quickly to enquiries also increases the likelihood of continued engagement from property seekers.
