What is Auto-SuperBoost?

Auto-SuperBoost allows you to auto-renew your SuperBoost listing until it’s turned off. The Universal Credits are deducted every 7 days upon renewal, and the amount of Universal Credits used in the subsequent weeks may vary.

With each renewal, your SuperBoost listing ranking will be refreshed within the SuperBoost tier. Your listing will be automatically renewed and Universal Credits will be deducted 7 Days (168 hours) after your listing’s first SuperBoost.

How Auto-SuperBoost Works #

When you go through the SuperBoost booking flow, you will have the option to enable AutoSuperBoost by selecting the checkbox.

Once selected, Auto-SuperBoost will be activated for your chosen listing, and it will automatically SuperBoost every 7 days (168 hours), with Universal Credits deducted accordingly.

What if I do not have enough Universal Credits during my ‘Auto-SuperBoost’ period? #

If you do not have enough Universal Credits, the listing will not automatically renew SuperBoost.

Auto-SuperBoost will also be disabled for the listing and it will not be auto renewed in the future unless you SuperBoost the listing again and re-enable Auto-SuperBoost.

Would my ‘Auto-SuperBoost’ resume automatically after I have topped up my credits? #

To activate ‘Auto-SuperBoost’ for your listing again, you need to check the ‘Auto-Super Boost’ box via AgentNet.

Can I cancel my “Auto-SuperBoost”? #

Click on “Boost”. A pop-up appears, click on ‘”Deactivate Auto-SuperBoost”.

Another pop-up will appear. Simply click on “Confirm” to deactivate Auto-SuperBoost. ‘Auto-SuperBoost’ will be deactivated for that particular listing and your ongoing SuperBoost for the week will remain unaffected.

How long does one Auto-SuperBoost run for? #

Once you enable Auto-SuperBoost for your listing(s), it will continue running until you disable it or if there are insufficient Universal Credits in your balance.

Yes, you will have the option to cancel your Auto-SuperBoost from your Listing Management page. Click on “SuperBoost” on your selected listing. A pop-up will appear, click “Deactivate Auto-SuperBoost” to cancel the Auto-SuperBoost.

I already have an active SuperBoost listing, can I activate ‘Auto-SuperBoost’? #

Yes, you can activate Auto-SuperBoost from the Listing Management page. Click on “SuperBoost”. A pop-up appears, click on ‘”Switch to Auto-SuperBoost”.

Another pop-up will appear. Simply click on “Confirm” to activate Auto-SuperBoost.

‘Auto-SuperBoost’ will be activated for that particular listing and the listing will Auto-SuperBoost when the current SuperBoost that is running expires. Universal Credits will only be charged when the listing SuperBoost or Auto-SuperBoost.

Will I be charged Universal Credits whenever I activate or deactivate Auto-SuperBoost multiple times? #

No, there are no Universal Credits charged for activating or deactivating Auto-SuperBoost multiple times. Clicking on Auto-SuperBoost only means that the listing will automatically renew SuperBoost when the present SuperBoost expires.

Universal Credits are only charged when the SuperBoost is renewed on the listing in a week’s time.

What if I activate and deactivate Auto-SuperBoost on the same day? #

You can activate and deactivate Auto-SuperBoost as many times as you want. It will only take effect based on whether it is activated or not on the day of the expiry of the current active SuperBoost.

If it is active, then the listing will renew SuperBoost, and ‘Auto-SuperBoost’ will be switched on. If it is deactivated, then the listing will not renew SuperBoost and ‘Auto-SuperBoost’ will be switched off.

Can I repost my listings while I have ‘Auto-SuperBoost’ activated? #

Yes, you can.

How would I know if my ‘Auto-SuperBoost’ has stopped? #

To check on your ‘Auto-SuperBoost’ status, please go to AgentNet > My Listings.

How much does it cost to Auto-SuperBoost a listing? #

The number of Universal Credits required to Auto-SuperBoost a listing is determined by Dynamic Pricing and will always be shown before you confirm your Auto-SuperBoost.

The amount of Universal Credits needed to Auto-SuperBoost a listing for ‘new’ or ‘repost’ for both ‘sale’ and ‘rent’ (Residential & Commercial Listing) will be calculated by Dynamic Pricing which takes into account competition and listing supply by property type, location and project.

This means the Universal Credits required may vary depending on market conditions, helping deliver the most effective exposure for your listing.

You may refer to your Universal Credits Consumption Report to know how many Universal Credits were deducted for Auto-SuperBoost.
